STEPS TO LIST NOW / 4 options
Option 1
List a property through the website
1. Register on line and become a member for free.
2. Login, using your username and password.
3. Click on "Manage Listings".
4. Directly under "Manage Listings"..click on the word here to post a new offer.
5. Choose a listing package and make a payment, once payment is received and processed a myhousesale.com.au team member will then credit you a package deal, which will be confirmed via email.
6. Once payment is received and processed, repeat steps 2, 3, 4, then enter your details and photos then click Submit.
Your listing will now be displayed on myhousesale.com.au
Option 2
Email us your details and photos of your property
Email us (sales@myhousesale.com.au) your 10 x photos and details
of your property eg:
Category: House, land, unit etc. Address, city, state, country,
detailed description of your property, price, number or beds, bath, garage,
age of home, brick, rendered etc, is it located near transit, park, schools, does it come with views and a fireplace.
Once we received your details you must then purchase a package
deal and make a payment of $88.00 per listing, there will be no extra charge
for us to list it for you. ( as this option is free )
Option 3
Mail us your details and photos of your property
Mail us (myhousesale.com.au 7 Cianfrano pl Orange 2800) your 10 x photos and details of your property eg:
Category: House, land, unit etc, address, city, state, country,
detailed description of your property, price, number or beds, bath, garage
age of home, brick, rendered etc, is it located near transit, park, schools,
does it come with views and a fireplace.
Once we received your details you must then purchase a package
deal and make a payment of $88.00 per listing or you can mail a cheque or money
order, there will be no extra charge for us to list it for you. ( as this option is free )
Option 4
We can transfer your details to myhousesale.com.au for you
If your currently advertised on another site, we can transfer you to myhousesale.com.au and list it for you....just send us the link. You must register and login to choose a package deal and make a payment $88.00 per listing.
3 Payment options
The payment options are:
1. Credit card payment through PayPal.
2. Mail a Post office cheque to myhousesale.com.au 7 Cianfrano pl Orange 2800 ( Contact us if you choose to post a payment ) or
3. Direct deposit into our account

BSB: 032-833
Account number: 289167
Please use your Surname as a reference. (Contact us if you choose to use Direct Deposit)
Once we receive payment a myhousesale.com.au team member will then credit the package deal of your choice. (You will be contacted via email once you have been credited a package deal)
