1. How can I list a property on myhousesale.com.au?
1. Register on line and become a member for free.
2. Login, using your username and password.
3. Click on "Manage Listings".
4. Directly under "Manage Listings"..click here to post a new offer.
5. Choose a listing package and make a payment, once payment is received and processed a myhousesale.com.au team member will then credit you 1 Offer.
6. Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, then enter your details and photos then click Submit.
7. Your listing will now be displayed on myhousesale.com.au
2. When I enter my details and photos then press submit, nothing happens! What do I do next?
An error may occurred because either the photos were a size we don't support or there was a problem with the image file. Some images may be as big as 3200kb in size, normally they are around 95kb in size. To resolve this error RESIZE your large photos to 400 x 400 pixels on your computer prior to uploading. This can be done by using the software supplied for your camera/scanner or use your Microsoft office program.
3. How long is the listing agreement for?
All listings are for unlimited time.
4. What is the differance between Real estate agents and myhousesale.com.au?
Real estate agents charge a commission fee of 3.5% to 4.5% on the value of your property, whereas myhousesale.com.au only charges a fee of $88.00 per listing and we don't charge commission.
5. Will I be charged extra for selling my property?
No, you only pay the listing fee of $88.00 per listing.
6. Do you offer package deals?
Yes we do. We offer 4 packages to make things easier for you. These consist of the Bronze package, the Silver package, the Gold package and the Platinum package. Choose one that suits your personal needs.
7. If an offer is made on my house and I accept the offer, what is the next step?
Contact your Solicitor or Conveyancer to organise the exchange of contracts.
8. Are these deals on this site for more than one listing?
Yes, there are! Take advantage of the multiple package deals we offer and save even more money.
9. Will there be frequent advertising to promote the site in order to attract potential buyers?
Yes there will be ongoing advertising.
10. Is it easy to list my property on this site? How can I contact myhousesale.com.au if I need help?
Just follow the "steps to list a property now" located under information its that easy. We do however, provide support. All you have to do is click on contact on the Home page and email us with any concerns you may have.
11. When I do a search for a city, nothing comes up.
The cities will be added on the search bar when each member from different cities list their properties.
12. I found a property that I want to inspect. How do I arrange to see it?
You can contact the owner directly by phone, or email if available for details and to arrange an inspection date.
13. What contacts should I include on my listing details?
You can include your email address, house or mobile number. Its your choice.
14. Who will benefit from this site the most?
Both the buyer and seller will benefit! The seller will save thousands of
dollars in commission fees paying only $88 to list their property. The buyer
will also save thousands of dollars because the seller can now afford to adjust
the asking price because there is no commission fee to consider.
15. Why should I list my property on myhousesale.com.au?
The fact that you are saving thousands of dollars on agent fees is an incentive
to consider placing your property on our site. Do Real Estate Agents really
deserve thousands of dollars on commission? How can they justify so much money
